Mr Speaker, I'm seeking to move that so much of the standing orders be suspended as is necessary to allow the member for Sydney to move that this House notes that the bill before the House (1) makes it harder and more expensive to go to university, (2) cuts a billion dollars of government funding from universities and (3) betrays students who have struggled through remote learning during this year, when COVID-19 has hit them so hard.
