The Manager of Opposition Business might have noticed I was having some discussions. That is my understanding of what has happened, and I think it is clear-cut: the motion that the question be put can't be put until that question is before the House. So what I would suggest now is that the count not proceed, I state the question, and then, obviously, that motion can be put any time after I've stated the question.
