The original question was that the amendments be considered immediately. To this the member for Melbourne has moved an amendment that they not be considered immediately but be considered at the next sitting. The question is that the amendment moved by the member for Melbourne be disagreed to.

As there are fewer than five members on the side for the noes, I declare the question resolved in the affirmative in accordance with standing order 127. The names of those members who are in the minority will be recorded in the Votes and Proceedings.

Question agreed to, Mr Bandt, Dr Haines, Ms Steggall and Mr Wilkie voting no.
