As I just said to the House, there was an assumption in the budget—in Budget Paper No. 1, page 2-6—that talks about a population-wide vaccination program likely to be in place by the end of 2021. As the minister for health said to the House just yesterday about first and second doses, there's a three-week period between the Pfizer first dose and the second dose. The key point that the member for Rankin and the House need to understand is that these are assumptions, not policy decisions, of the government and they are based on the best medical advice that we have.
