No. The motion has lapsed for want of a seconder.

Government members interjecting—

Members on my right, could you cease interjecting. It's no secret. We do a lot of these motions. They have to be moved. They have to be seconded. If they're not seconded, they lapse. I don't think it will mean there are fewer of them in the future. On that note, the member for Franklin has sought the call.
