[by video link] My question is to the Minister for Home Affairs. Minister, I understand there are 4,427 Afghan refugees living in the Australian community on SHEVs, or temporary protection visas. Given the horrendous events unfolding in Afghanistan, will the government now provide these recognised refugees permanent residency visas?
