Thank you for the opportunity to speak on the Corporations Amendment (Meetings and Documents) Bill 2021. I shall not detain the House for many minutes on this, because it is clearly a very simple issue of allowing us to give greater flexibility to the way that we manage our listed companies and the way that shareholders can interact with their boards of directors.
