On behalf of the entire parliament and all the departmental staff, I would also like to share in congratulating the member for Fowler on his incredible career. It's testament to the member for Fowler, and shows the mark of the man, that he spent 99 per cent of his valedictory speech talking about others. As a fellow Lasallian, I know the De La Salle Brothers will be incredibly proud of you for the man you are and the high integrity that you have.
