PM, you will recall your Hughenden visit, a familiarisation with HIPCo's ballot farm, through to irrigation, delivering to Australia 300 million every year, forever. In the GG's speech, the phrase 'make-money projects' sharply contrasts with the prevailing 'absorb-money projects'.
