As the shadow minister knows, in order to deliver a vaccine you actually have to make sure that you've got the right virus in the first place. They take a while to manufacture, for a start. They will be delivered, as we promised, in August. If you want to talk about delays, when did we hear about a foot-and-mouth disease outbreak in Australia? When did we hear about it? We heard about it on Twitter from the then minister for agriculture on 9 May.
