My question is to the Minister for Energy and Climate Change. Sixty-two thousand residential customers and 14,000 small businesses in my state of South Australia are on electricity standing offers. You promised their electricity bills would go down by $275 if Labor were elected. Instead, they have gone up and will continue to go up. When will the government apologise to the people in my state for breaking their promise?
