on indulgence—Minister, I'd like to associate the coalition with the majority of your remarks, and also to note, in a serious form, the passing of Ernie Chester Walker, the last of the Rats of Tobruk, at 106 years old today. He served not only in Tobruk but also on the Kokoda Trail. May he rest in peace.
