My question is to the Prime Minister. Before the last election, you promised Australians 97 times that you would lower their energy bills by $275. Since then, you have been asked 26 times in this place whether you stand by that commitment and, on each occasion, you have refused to answer. Why have you broken this solemn promise made to Australian households and businesses?
