Resume your seat. The Prime Minister is being relevant to the question. It is not an excuse, Leader of the Opposition, to simply make a statement. The Prime Minister is being relevant, as the question was about the constitutional change and about what is happening. He is giving context and detail, and I will make sure he is being relevant.
