I raise a point of order, and I'm trying to be helpful here. The speaker listed to speak on this bill is the Manager of Opposition Business, who was here and has left. There may be a good reason. There may be an emergency as to why he's had to leave. But, if we defer that speech, that's the half hour speech, which means it'll go to the Federation Chamber, and we would normally want to be able to deliver it here. I am not sure if the whip or someone is able to find out if the Manager of Opposition Business is coming. But he was here and for some reason has left the chamber.
