In accordance with standing order 133, I shall now proceed to put the question on the amendment by the member for Bradfield on the motion moved for the second reading of the Fair Work Legislation Amendment (Closing Loopholes) Bill 2023, on which a division was called for and deferred in accordance with the standing order. No further debate is allowed. The matter before the House is the Fair Work Legislation Amendment (Closing Loopholes) Bill 2023, and the question before the House is that the amendment moved by the member for Bradfield be agreed to.
