My question is to the Acting Prime Minister. The Minister for Immigration, Citizenship and Multicultural Affairs advises 340 more hardened criminals are likely to be released by the government. Will the Acting Prime Minister commit the government to passing preventive detention legislation to stop the 340 hardened criminals from being released?
