():  I rise to celebrate the lunar new year, welcome in the year of the dragon and bid farewell to the year of the rabbit. It's always good to welcome in a new year that will be good for the dragon, and I'm looking forward to going back to my electorate. People born in the year of the dragon are destined for greatness and good fortune. Xinnian kuaile xiexie—I hope we have a good year of the dragon. (Time expired)
