Before I call the member for North Sydney, I have a number of acknowledgements and I'd just ask the House to come to order so we can acknowledge our special guests who've joined us today.

I inform the House that present in the gallery today are representatives from the Fred Hollows Foundation, including founding director of the board Gabi Hollows AO. We have Nick Champion, former member for Spence and minister in the South Australian government, who will remain for question time.
