I inform the House that the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Defence will be absent from question time today. He's attending the Shangri-La Dialogue, which is the most significant regional defence and security conference that takes place in Singapore each year. The Minister for Defence Industry will answer questions on his behalf.
