The Manager of Opposition Business continues to raises this point of order because he's something of a serial offender on this. It is quite clear in the standing orders and in Practice that a minister and certainly the Prime Minister has the right to compare and contrast. He has answered the question. What he is doing now is comparing and contrasting.
