I'll give the House a gift and not make extensive summing up comments. I'll simply thank members for their contribution and note that if I had to characterise the debate I'd say it was somewhat verbose unanimity on the substance of the bill, accompanied by a very creative and expansionary interpretation of the relevancy rule.
