The minister does have three minutes to answer the question. I agree with the manager, and he has indicated that he will take the details on notice, but he will need to remain relevant to the question. He was asked about small businesses and the specifics around how many GP clinics have closed, so he will need to talk about GP clinics, not necessarily the opposition policies, otherwise I will have to sit him down.
