My question is to the Prime Minister and goes to his reaffirmation of a previous answer in which he said that the Volcker commission received, in the case of Australia, ‘full responses and cooperation and full documentation’. Is the Prime Minister aware that on 3 November last year Senator Faulkner, in the Senate estimates of Foreign Affairs and Trade and Defence, asked whether the Volcker investigators examined electronic files? The response of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade was no, they had not examined electronic files, where of course a substantial amount of the information would lie.

The Leader of the Opposition will resume his seat. The member for Griffith will get up to the dispatch box and withdraw.

I withdraw.

I have not misled the house. I repeat: I do not have anything to add to the previous answers I have given.
