My question is to the Minister for Revenue and Assistant Treasurer. I refer the minister to the government’s proposal to change the way in which business claims back fuel taxes which, for most businesses, will mean waiting three months to get the cash rebates rather than securing the rebates immediately. Has the minister pulled the bill implementing this proposal because his backbenchers told him he simply got it wrong?
