Mr Speaker, I have a question for you. Earlier today in the House I gave a speech—it was a very good speech; it was a summing up speech to the Do Not Call Register Bill. The deputy speaker in the chair at the time was the member for Blaxland, Mr Hatton. I have a copy of the transcript. At the end of my speech after my time had expired, Deputy Speaker Hatton said:
The parliamentary secretary is gagged, as everyone else was.
I again stress that the member for Blaxland was in the chair. My question is: would you please investigate as to whether or not this is an appropriate comment for somebody occupying the chair and what action could be taken? In other words, could it be struck from Hansard or could the member for Blaxland—

Order! I thank the member for Aston. I will follow up the question by the member for Aston and report back as appropriate.
