Mr Speaker, I seek your assistance under standing order 105(b). I would be grateful if you would write to the minister responsible and seek reasons for the delay in reply to my questions, particularly the reasons for the unlawful detention of 220 people within Australian detention facilities, including 26 Australian citizens, and the reason for their incarceration.

The questions are Nos 3075 and 3643. I would have thought the imprisonment of Australian citizens by DIMIA is a very important matter that should be answered.
