We are all horrified at the reports of the six young Australians who are now on death row in Indonesia. I am gravely concerned that, from everything President Yudhoyono has already said, it is quite clear that he would not grant clemency to anyone who is convicted of a drug offence. I just ask the government to do everything possible over the next few years, before these matters reach finality, to do everything to save these young Australians. Capital punishment can never be justified—
