I inform the House that the Prime Minister will be absent from question time today. He is in Malaysia on an official visit. I will answer questions on his behalf. I also advise the House that the Minister for Veterans’ Affairs will be absent from question time today, as he is in Townsville following the Black Hawk accident. The Minister for Defence will answer questions on his behalf.
