My question is to the Prime Minister. Prime Minister, I refer to your environment minister’s comments on 3 February. He said:
... the geology ... of the east coast ... is adequately elevated to deal with a one-metre sea rise.
He also said that claims about rising sea levels are ‘very exaggerated’. Does the Prime Minister support this statement?

I can assure the Leader of the Opposition that I will check out his reference to it before I give an answer.
