My question is again to the Prime Minister on the question of Iraq. I refer to his previous answer when he stated that politicians have an obligation to speak responsibly on questions like Iraq. Does the Prime Minister believe he spoke responsibly when he said:
If I was running Al-Qaeda in Iraq, I would put a circle around March 2008, and pray, as many times as possible, for a victory not only for Obama, but also for the Democrats.

Order! Before calling the Prime Minister, I would remind the Leader of the Opposition that he is again coming close to asking for an opinion.

I stand by what I said earlier.
