I inform the House that the Minister for Foreign Affairs will be absent from question time today. He is returning from the biennial Australia-New Zealand Foreign Ministers Meeting, in New Zealand. The Attorney-General will answer questions on his behalf. I also inform the House that the Minister for Trade will be absent from question time today and for the remainder of the week. He is in Chennai on official business. The Deputy Prime Minister will answer questions on his behalf today, and the Minister for Foreign Affairs for the remainder of the week.
