Before giving the member for Fremantle the call, I inform the House that we have Mr Rod Sawford, a former member for Port Adelaide, in the gallery today. Despite in his farewell address making very cutting remarks about members of the parliamentary Left seeking to make contributions to this place, on behalf of the House I offer him a very warm welcome.
