I inform the House that the Treasurer will be absent from question time today as he is attending the G20 finance ministers meeting in London.

I would have thought that is the proper place for finance ministers to be. The Minister for Finance and Deregulation will answer questions on his behalf.
The Minister for Veterans Affairs will leave question time early today to attend a wreath-laying ceremony with the Iraqi Prime Minister at the Australian War Memorial. The Minister for Defence Science and Personnel will answer questions on his behalf.
