Forty-six years ago today, on 25 May 1963 in Addis Ababa, the Organisation of African Unity was formed. Therefore, it is a pleasure to inform the House that we have present in the gallery this afternoon the Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation from the United Republic of Tanzania, the Hon. Bernard K Membe. On behalf of the House, I extend to him a very warm welcome.
