In accordance with standing order 41(e), and the recommendations of the whips adopted by the House on 18 November 2009, I present the Tax Laws Amendment (Improving the Producer Offset) Bill 2009, for which notice has been given by the member for Moncrieff. The bill will be considered in the Main Committee later today.
