My question is to the Prime Minister. I refer the Prime Minister to her claim yesterday that not-for-profit organisations like the CQ Rescue Helicopter Service in Mackay would be eligible to apply for carbon tax compensation through the Low Carbon Communities Scheme. I refer her to the fact that, with up to 600,000 not-for-profit organisations competing for those funds, each group might receive, on average, as little as $83 a year. Prime Minister, are you seriously suggesting that $83 will compensate CQ Rescue for a $20,000 a year increase in their fuel and electricity bills alone under your carbon tax?

Heavens above! It has been reduced to this. Of course that is not how the scheme will work.
