To be fair to the member for Melbourne, because I did say half past 11 and we are a few minutes early and he is the mover of the motion, I suggest that, while I am talking about my willingness to be fair to the member for Melbourne, he might pass on to some of his colleagues in Grayndler that I occasionally can be fair to members of his political party. Today is the day that they should not expect any fairness from me because they give me none in return.

The question is that the motion be agreed to.
A division having been called and the bells having been rung—
As there are fewer than five members on the side for the ayes, I declare the question negatived in accordance with standing order 127. The names of those members who are in the minority will be recorded in the Votes and Proceedings.
Question negatived, Mr Bandt, Mr Oakeshott, Mr Windsor and Mr Wilkie voting aye.
