Before calling the member for North Sydney—by way of omission—earlier in the day we had the Lord Mayor of Brisbane in the gallery, Councillor Graham Quirk. He was here with a delegation of mayors from South-East Queensland. If he had been in the chamber I would have given him a warm welcome and I apologise to those who pointed out to me that he was in the gallery.
