I would like to inform the House that we have present in the gallery this afternoon the Hon. Alan Shatter, the Irish Minister for Justice, Equality and Defence, who is here for the St Patrick's Day celebrations. As 30 per cent of Australians have Irish heritage, and more generally because of the welcome we are happy to extend to overseas visitors, I welcome both the minister and also His Excellency the Ambassador of Ireland and their party to the gallery.
