Madam Deputy Speaker, before I ask my question can I compliment the Presiding Officers for the wonderful way in which they have made this place more secure with the new gates that have been operating in the car park for some time now. Having said that, I ask you, as the Acting Speaker, to ask the Speaker whether he can investigate to see how many, if any, staff members are using the members' car park. I have noticed a number of strange people—and I mean strange people—using the car park from time to time.

I can reliably inform the member for Hume that numerous people have raised this issue and that I think it is being investigated.
