) ( ): Madam Deputy Speaker, I have a question for you. Given that the tactics employed by the government are shutting down debate on the statement by the member of Dobell, will you undertake to stop the clock when points of order are taken and gag motions are moved, trying to facilitate proper debate in this House and to allow democracy in this parliament to work?
