That:

(1)   the Marriage Amendment Bill 2012 be referred to the Federation Chamber for further consideration; and

(2)   so much of standing and sessional orders be suspended as would prevent the Marriage Amendment Bill 2012 being called on and considered as the first item of business after constituency statements on Wednesday, 19 September 2012.
