I have taken the view that deferred divisions should not be proceeded with until the member speaking at 8 pm has completed his or her speech and so I did not interrupt the member for Makin's contribution on the Water Amendment (Water for the Environment Special Account) Bill 2012. I will now proceed with the division that was called for earlier and deferred in accordance with standing order 133(b). The question is that the amendments moved by the honourable member for Dickson be agreed to.
