I inform the House that the Minister for Climate Change and Energy Efficiency and Minister for Industry and Innovation will be absent from question time today for personal reasons. The Attorney-General will answer questions in relation to climate change and energy efficiency, and the Minister for Tertiary Education, Skills, Science and Research and Minister for Small Business will answer questions in relation to industry and innovation.
