Before I call the member for Parramatta, I would like to inform the House that we have visiting us today in the gallery a delegation of members of parliament from Vietnam. I welcome them warmly to the gallery today. I had the pleasure of meeting them earlier today and tried explaining question time to them, and I hope they enjoy the educational experience.
