Ministerial Arrangements

The Leader of the House, the Minister for Infrastructure and Transport and the Minister for Regional Development and Local Government will be absent from question time today due to personal reasons. The Minister for Sustainability, Environment, Water, Population and Communities and Minister for the Arts is acting Leader of the House, and the Minister for Climate Change, Industry and Innovation will answer questions in relation to his portfolio and in relation to Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy. The Minister for Defence will be absent from question time today and tomorrow as he is returning from a visit to Afghanistan and will then host a visit by the Indian Minister of Defence in Perth. The Minister for Defence Materiel will be absent from question time this week as he is representing Australia at the United Nations General Assembly. The Minister for Veterans' Affairs and Minister for Defence Science and Personnel, and Minister for Indigenous Health will answer questions on behalf of both the Minister for Defence and the Minister for Defence Materiel.
