My question is to the Prime Minister. Can the Prime Minister guarantee that the needs based loadings under Labor's Gonski plan for every small and remote school will be delivered to those schools under his panic deal announced yesterday?

I can guarantee that we will be spending $1.2 billion more than members opposite were going to spend and I can guarantee that over the next four years the answer is yes.
