My question is to the Prime Minister. I refer to Minister Nash's intervention to remove the health star rating system website developed by state and territory governments. Given that we now know that this intervention occurred in the context of a serious conflict of interest, why did the government not immediately reinstate the website? When did the government change its policy on this issue and why?

My understanding, which I say in response to the member opposite, is that the system in question, the star arrangement in question, was not ready to go and that is why it was not proceeded with.
