My question is to the Prime Minister. Just six months ago the Prime Minister said:

I want to absolutely scotch any suggestion that there is a cloud over Arthur Sinodinos. There is not. I would not be appointing him to the incoming ministry if I thought there was a cloud over him.

Does the Prime Minister stand by this statement?

Yes, I do. I point out to the gentleman opposite that the investigation by the New South Wales commission is relating to a company, not to any particular individual.
